What we collect

This website has no account system and does not store booking forms on a server. When you use the booking form, your details are put into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send to us. We then receive them in WhatsApp like any other chat.

We use the details you send (name, travel date, pick-up location, number of passengers and notes) only to arrange your trip and to contact you about it.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages help travellers and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect technical data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. You can accept or decline these cookies in the banner, and change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland are not tracked with cookies unless they accept.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share trip details only with the driver assigned to your booking.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@explorethaitrip.com.
